The added value is that our project will leverage upon currently operating collaborations between our team members and local agencies on NASA and Fulbright projects related to flood and hydrology prediction. We will also mutually benefit from other operating projects, including those funded by NASA, Fulbright, NSF, ONR, USAID, WorldBank, Germanwatch, etc. The project also benefits from the 25 continuous Dhaka/Columbia University GPS stations built by Michael Steckler and his colleagues.
